Professional freestyle footballer and BBC Sports presenter, Liv Cooke, spoke to Women on the Bench about how she's keeping busy during the lockdown.

Liv has been on the rise since her first freestyle performance in 2015. She has gone on to become the youngest ever professional football freestyler and an ambassador for UEFA Women's Football.
